Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified by email if there are any significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside of [Your Country]. International shipping rates and times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
